2. Boutique Products, Sourcing & Pricing
SHOP WITH DISCO curates luxury fashion, bespoke streetwear, signature fragrances, designer footwear, handbags, and accessories.
- Authenticity Guarantee: 100% of the products offered in our boutique are guaranteed authentic and verified through rigorous quality assurance.
- Pricing & Availability: Prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and international currencies. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product availability without prior notice.
- Product Imagery: We make every effort to display true product colors and textures; however, display colors may vary slightly across customer device screens.
3. Orders, Checkout & Payment Terms
We offer secure checkout powered by Paystack. We accept MTN Mobile Money (MoMo), Telecel Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Wire Transfers.
- Guest Checkout: You are not required to create an account to purchase items.
- Payment Verification: All transactions are verified cryptographically via Paystack before order fulfillment begins.
- Order Acceptance: Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order but do not constitute final acceptance until dispatch is initiated.
4. Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery Policy
We provide door-to-door delivery across Greater Accra, Kumasi, and nationwide throughout Ghana, alongside international express delivery via DHL Express.
- Greater Accra Express: Delivered within 48 hours. Courier fee is calculated and paid directly to the delivery rider upon handover.
- Regional Ghana: Dispatched securely to Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, and other regions within 24 to 48 hours.
- International Shipping: 3 to 5 business days worldwide via tracked DHL Express.
5. 4-Day Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We offer a 4-day return and exchange policy subject to the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 4 calendar days of delivery receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.
- Store credit or exchange will be processed within 48 hours following physical inspection at our fulfillment facility.
6. User Accounts & Google Sign-In
You may optionally create an account or authenticate using Google Sign-In ("Sign in with Google"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Our access, storage, and handling of Google user data is governed strictly by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
